Oh saya sgt2 suka dengan designer handbags, tapi utk membeli designer handbags yg melebihi RM1000, itu masih lagi dlm perancangan, sedang diusahakan ke arah itu. hehehehehe.

3 things to look out for in your first designer bag

1. Quality of the leather
To be sure yours is the real deal, look carefully at the inside of the bag. Natural leather has a rough or grainy appearance - if the inside is slick, it's probably man-made leather. Take note that while smooth leather is more aesthetically pleasing, it can be prone to scratches. Pebbled leather wears better over time, and scratches and water spots do not appear as conspicuously on it as they do not smooth leather.

2. Stitching
Before buying your bag, check the inner line and detail of the stitch patterns of the seams. Make sure that they have been made securely and will not come undone after prolonged use. Also, avoid bags with handles that have been glued together since these might not be as hardy as those that have been stitched together. Stitching should always be recessed below the surface of the leather, as stitching is subject to wear & tear. The stitching should be evenly spaced, preferably with no less than five stitches per inch.

3. Finishing and details
The dyes, conditioners and finishes applied to the leather will determine the longevity of the finished product. To check that your bag has a quality finish, rub a piece of tissue over the surface - it should come away without any colour on it. Next flex the leather - it should do so without the finish cracking.
