Ready get set go, si kecik tu bukan main lagi tau, lari tak ingat, beriya2 sampai 2 round, org suruh stop dia berlari gak, tak pasal2 mama yg semput yg mmg larat seround je lari terpaksa gagahkan diri utk larian 2nd round disbbkan mengejar mikhael. I tell you he is very fast.
Ada gaya tak? nampak tu mama semput dibelakang.
Aqil lagila mmg very steady.
Ah tamat larian, itu pun kena paksa suruh stop.
End up the next day, kemana kita, ke clinic. Budak paling kecik tu terus demam. Sian, mujur sehari je demam. Well come join us for a healthy lifestyle. We do it every weekends. Happy exercising!!!.

wahh..bagus2. selain daripada aktiviti yang menyihatkan ..ia juga adalah salah satu cara yang baik utk di habiskan bersama keluarga tersayang, kan ?
as for me, I just started cycling .But just me and my husband lah, cara kami utk spend time together, cara dating yang lebih sihat...dan romantik la jugak! hehehe... keep it up !
